New product – flax seeds.
Flax seeds contain: plenty of fatty acids, protein, fiber, carotenes, vitamins A, B, E, D, PP and F, anti-cancer and other valuable substances.
Add them to porridges, yogurts and kefir. A few teaspoons of ground flaxseeds a day is enough.
May contain small amounts of sesame seeds, peanuts and other nuts.
Store in a dry, clean and cool place.
